Isfahan int'l film festival addes animated script section

Latest edition of International Film Festival for Children and Youth in Isfahan has added a separate competitive section for animated scripts.

According to the festival’s management, winner of the section will receive a Golden Butterfly Award.

The International Film Festival for Children and Youth is annually organized by Farabi Cinema Foundation in affiliation with the Iranian Organization of Cinema and Audiovisual Affairs.

It is an event that celebrates films made for children and youth. The festival supports emerging filmmakers with innovative cinematic visions and ideas. It is also an event that serves as a platform for professionals to come together and exchange ideas.

The 30th edition of IFFCY will be held from June 30 to july 6, 2017 in the Iranian historic city of Isfahan.
